Cornhill Conservatories started life as Window World back in 1977 with Don Dear at the helm. The company traded for 6 years growing dramatically each year and in 1983 the company was incorporated as Window World (Home Counties) Ltd. (Registered No: 1770052).

Back in those heady days, our current MD, Stuart Dear, was a mere whipper-snapper but when Don retired in 1996 (I say retired but he still inputs his considerable skills whenever there is a particularly tricky conservatory to be designed and built!) Stuart stepped up to the plate and has led the Company forward to its current position over the last 10 years. The company ethos is very much a family-run approach where customer service and quality control is paramount.

From its Headquarters in Chertsey, Surrey, Cornhill masterminds the supply and fitting

In December 2005, the company recognised the fact that everybody knows the company as Cornhill Cornservatories and actually changed the name at Companies House (Still Registered No: 1770052) to Cornhill Conservatories Ltd. We have also set up Cornhill Group with a number of Divisions specialising in different areas of the home improvement sector.
