High Security As Standard
Cornhill’s windows come complete with high security ironmongery and espagnolette locking systems, which comply with BS7950 enhanced security as standard.
Energy Saving Design
The design of our windows has carefully considered the need for conserving energy within the home. By using soft-coated, Low-E glass and argon to fill the cavity, our windows achieve a u-value of 1.37W/m2K, which is far lower than the required u-value of 2.0W/M2K. Clearly this demonstrates a product that assists in reducing the expense of heating the home.
Peace of Mind
Our manufacturer is a fully accredited member of the TRADA Q-Mark High Performance Timber Window Scheme. To achieve the TRADA Q-Mark every design of window has to undergo rigorous testing on a yearly basis. In addition to this the product facility undergoes annual auditing and is accredited under ISO9001:2001. The testing undertaken ensures that the customer is always assured of a high quality product and an excellent level of service.

FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) is accredited to all of our timber product range and is endorsed by The World Life Fund, Greenpeace and the Government. By using certified timber from well managed sources, we offer a product range that is environmentally sound in both the raw material used and the production methods used in its manufacture.
Durability – Paint System
We employ a four-stage treatment process in our paint or stain finish enabling us to offer exceptional warranties on all of our products. Furthermore any RAL or British Standard colour can be used at no extra cost. Dual colour finishes are available for a small additional charge.
Totally Bespoke
We offer a one-stop design, measuring, manufacturing and installation process. This means any configuration of window can be supplied with identical design profiles, ironmongery and paint or stain finishes with no extended lead times for special frames.
Design
We have adopted manufacturing techniques used on the continent to withstand the harsh weather conditions in Eastern Europe, however the styles and profiles used in the manufacture are entirely British in terms of the aesthetics.
